The ZQ cylindrical gear reducer is an industrial speed reduction device,Which is mainly applied in fields such as lifting, mining, chemical engineering, textile, and light industry.This equipment is available in two models: ZQ (involute cylindrical gear) and ZQH (circular arc cylindrical gear).

ZQ Series Gearbox/Gear Reducer applicable conditions

1.The circumferential speed of gear transmission does not exceed 10 meters per second
2.The rotational speed of high-speed shafts does not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute.
3.Suitable for both forward and reverse operations.
4.The working environment temperature ranges from -40℃ to 45℃.
5.There are nine types of transmission ratios, nine configuration types and three types of low-speed shaft end types.
 6.The transmission ratios includes 48.57, 40.17, 31.5, 23.34, 20.49, 15.75, 12.64, 10.35, 8.23.
