ZSY Series Cylindrical Harded Tooth Surface Gearbox/Gear Reducer

Hard-toothed surface reducers are relatively precise mechanical devices. Their purpose is to reduce rotational speed and increase torque. They are suitable for environments where the rotational speed of high-speed shafts does not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute, the circumferential speed of gear transmission does not exceed 20 meters per second, and the working environment temperature ranges from -40℃ to 45℃.

Gearbox/Gear Reducer Feature

1.The gears and gear shafts are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, with the tooth surface hardness reaching HRC54-62.

2.The housing is made of high-strength cast iron material.

3.The gears are processed by grinding, featuring high precision and excellent contact effect.

4.Transmission efficiency: Single-stage can reach 98%, two-stage can reach 96%, and three-stage can reach 94%.
